Payment Methods Accepted

We accept major credit cards, Paypal, Checks or Money Orders by mail.




Once your display is shipped (usually between 1 & 4 business days after placing order), you will receive a email with the shipping details, i.e., tracking number, date of expected delivery, etc.  Any order over $200.00 will require a signature upon delivery.   All items are shipped with tracking and insurance.  It rarely happens, but if your record display is damaged on arrival, we will immediately repair or replace an identical item and ship to you at no charge.  Delivery services require the damaged item to be returned to us (you will be reimbursed for the return shipping charge). 



If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it in its original condition within 10 days with same box and packaging, and a refund of the listed price will be given.   Please email us prior to returning any item to arrange a replacement or refund. We recommend that you send any item with tracking and insurance as we will not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of items during transit.  The refund will be made in the same manor as it was paid, i.e., PayPal, credit card, check by mail, etc.


If we have made a custom item (items not listed), it cannot be refunded.  However, if not made to your request,  please return and we will re-do to your specifications.
